Thank you for the prompt service with regard to the shower roller hooks. Believe it or not we have been trying to get some of these hooks for six months from places like McCord, Easylifeonline etc.
Each time we have cancelled the order because of the delay but also because we were never informed about what was happening. So thank you very much for your prompt service and the few (because it was quick) e-mails that informed us of what was happening.

Fab site. Always had trouble getting shower curtains with a 200 drop. Showerail always have 'em. Friendly advice at the drop of an email. We've ordered many times with showerail - its our first choice for shower curtains on the internet.

After prolonged searching (prior to being on the internet) was absolutley amazed to find extra long shower curtain needed for our walk in shower within minutes searching the internet. Products have been of good quality and construction. I wonder if advertising in one or some of the magazines such as "period living" which so many people use to find specialist companies such as yours.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday morning, can't be bad. Very impressed with the service and your e-mail advising goods were on the way (arrived after the goods!). Only comment I would perhaps make is there were no rings with the shower curtain, which means I cannot use until I go out an buy some (it is for a new rail). Something to bear in mind for the future?

I was looking for a modern attractive longer length shower curtain and had searched the major department and high street stores without success - unless I wanted a plain white curtain which I did not. I found Showerail via a search on the web and was impressed at the selection of longer length shower curtains available. I had great problems finding a long shower curtain as most retail outlets only offered 180cm length. Having spent some time trawling the various stores I was very impressed with the variety and selection available on your site.
