This is my second dealing with shower rail and I like the service, before Christmas I ordered a circular shower rail, only to realise after I ordered the item that it would not be right for our bathroom. I emailed Shower Rail to ask if I could cancel the order, no problem and they apologised that they did not stock the oval rail we required.
The fact is the lady who contacted me from shower rail also gave me details of were I could purchase the oval shower rail.
