At the shop entrance, select a currency that you would like to view our prices in (click OK) Select your country if outside UK (click OK) Browse the shop until you find something you like – click the picture to enlarge and see more information.

Order online using your debit or credit card – add whatever you’d like to buy to the shopping basket and follow the instructions on screen to pay via a secure connection at WorldPay

Prices & Delivery Charges
All prices are displayed on the product pages and include VAT. Apart from shipping there are no other charges payable to Showerail.

In the UK – we deliver to the uk card holder address or a workplace with a landline telephone number – this is a flat rate of £2.94 for any number of items delivered to a UK address including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, & BPFO.

If selecting a workplace delivery address, please be sure to enter your own card address and enter your secret Pin when finally checking out via the bank at WorldPay

In Stock/Delivery
Items displayed for sale in the online shop are in stock – if unavailable a message is displayed on the product page saying ‘out of stock’ Stock availability is updated automatically 24/7. We often have much larger quantities than indicated, so if you are a trade customer it is worth emailing if you need more then 10 curtains & would also like a discount

We make every effort to ensure speedy dispatch of orders - normally the same or next working day, via First Class post. Public & holiday times excepted – please see below. See our customer comments page for feedback on delivery from Showerail customers…..

Please be aware that after we have dispatched, delivery dates/times are not guaranteed - most orders are sent via Royal Mail & reach their UK destination within 2 working days. Heavy & large orders may be sent via courier & it is essential for us to have a phone number

Allow around 10-14 working days for orders to reach other international destinations

Customers supplying a valid e-mail address will be notified when the order has been shipped.

If you would like delivery to a workplace (UK only) please enter this address on checking out before reaching the secure server at WorldPay. You must however provide the full physical address of the card holder, including a daytime telephone number & complete the card PIN authentication when prompted.

Apart from APO/BFPO addresses, No PO box numbers or mail forwarding boxes/addresses are allowed. International customers – please visit our International HelpDesk first

There will be no dispatch or delivery by Royal Mail on Mon May 6th or Mon May27th Showerail office will also be closed on both of these days.

Returns
All products come with a 14 day returns guarantee. (Customers outside the UK, please see this link before ordering)

If your order is unsuitable please return within 14 days of receipt & we will refund. The dispatch note should be enclosed & customers are reminded that they have a duty of care to return goods in the same condition as when received eg: not unfolded and in A1 condition. Your payment will be repaid within 7 days of our receiving the item/s  Return postage is not refunded.
 
If any item is damaged in transit, you think it is faulty on first inspection, or the wrong item has been dispatched, please let us know in writing via email immediately and we will advise what to do next including returning the item & refund of postage costs

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Security
When you have selected the items you want to buy, you are asked to complete your name & delivery address. At the next stage, where card details are requested, you are transferred to the bank secure server at WorldPay. Certified by Thawte it securely encrypts the information so that no one else gets to see it – including Showerail

You will be asked to enter your card details and if your own bank have internet 'chip & pin' enabled, you should enter your private number via a pop up window provided by your own bank.  Showerail does not see or handle this information from your card All information asked for at this point is encrypted before being sent across the internet. WorldPay validate your card details then transfer the funds. Please give a valid e-mail address to receive digital receipts confirming the transaction.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 working days and will do our best to resolve your problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We promise, at all times to keep you informed of the progress and likely time for resolution of your problem.

Conditions of Service
You have a right to withdraw from a contract – provided that unwanted products are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt,customers will be reimbursed

Legal Liability
The contracts for the sale of goods by Showerail shall be subject to, and interpreted in accordance with English law.
