Go to the shop front by clicking on any
store or shop link. Occasionally you might get a 'not found' message on
your screen - just press 'refresh' or come back a little later. If you
have disabled 'cookies', you will need to switch them on again to shop.
Select currency if you wish to see how
much you will be paying. (don't forget to press OK button)
Default is UK £ sterling pounds
Select a shipping option. You dont
need to change this if you are from UK . Non UK customers
please go
here first.
Click on the link for the part of the shop you want to
visit - eg : accessories or shower curtains or use the search
box by typing in your key words and pressing OK If
you do not press ok button, you will get no results. Tip - don't put "
" around words eg: to find blue shower curtains type the word blue
& click OK button. You can also type in part of the name of a

Each time you add something to the basket the blue card appears and it
will update your shopping automatically
Any time you want to check/amend your basket or check
how much shipping is added, click the link on the blue card
You can amend the quantity
in this screen or delete items. Don't
forget to press the grey 'Update' button afterwards.

dispatch box - UK is an automatic flat rate charge of £2.94
International & EU must select & press OK or it won't
change !

'Make Order' button
A confirmation screen appears where you type your delivery address.
This should be the same as the address for which your card is
registered (unless you would like delivery to a workplace - if this is
the case, enter your work details here)
There is a box called 'Shopper Reference' leave
it blank unless you want to send Showerail a message or you want to
remember what your order was for.
The delivery address can be to your workplace, (UK only) however please
make sure that you enter your own registered card address when making
payment at the next stage
If you decide to go back into the shop after pressing the
'make order' button, please use the link provided. Don't use your
browser back button or the shopping basket might empty itself.
Click 'Go to Checkout' button which
takes you to the secure server at WorldPay. This may take a minute or
so - please be patient & don't press any buttons until you land
there !
Enter details on WorldPay - if you have
used them before, just enter password. You must enter the card holders
home address here - even if you want delivery to go to work.
You will be prompted by a pop up window to enter your card PIN number
for authentication - this is secure & Showerail do not see any
of your card details other than name/address.
Please include an e-mail address or you will not receive the auto
generated receipt. It is also helpful in case there is a query
& we can also notify you when your order has been
shipped.

A confirmation screen appears detailing
your order - you can view a copy of your shopping basket by pressing
the link on this page.
If there has been any problem with the payment, an error
screen will appear advising you what to do next.
After Payment
An automatic receipt is sent to you within approx 1 hour
confirming your purchase - if you need a VAT receipt, please let us
know & we will e-mail separately.
Order Tracking. Orders are normally dispatched within 1/2
working days (Please see the Helpdesk for times when we are closed)
& you will be e-mailed to advise that your parcel is on its
way. The order tracking facility can be accessed by cutting &
pasting your whole order confirmation number into the box eg:

Trade customers are advised that discounts need to be agreed in advance
via email
