What do I do next ?
Go to the store front by clicking on any link that says Shop You will see the screen similar to below -
Click on the small downward arrow next to ‘Pounds Sterling’ to select a currency – choose US, Canadian dollars or Euro. Click OK grey button. This will enable you to see and pay for items in the selected currency. The price you see is the price you will actually pay at the point of ordering. (more on this below) If you prefer to pay in pounds sterling there is no need to change the currency.
Click on the small downward arrow next to ‘UK (cardholder address)’ to select a dispatch destination eg : EU or the box labelled USA, Canada, Australia N Zealand Click OK grey button.
Find the item you want to buy & select by entering 1 in the box & click ‘add to basket’ button. (This does not commit you to buying)
View the total cost of your order including shipping by clicking on the bright blue ‘tally’ card. You can do this at any time without entering any credit card or personal details.
When ready to check out – double check that the correct Dispatch Choice has been selected – if not, just scroll down to select.Click UPDATE grey button otherwise the shipping will not change
Please don’t choose United Kingdom as the shipping amount will not be enough. You will also be unable to select the correct country when checking out.
Shipping & packing is charged per item with a minimum charge of £5.00 UKP. Put an item in your basket & update the order form to see the total cost – it can always be deleted if you decide not to buy. Shipping prices are not all the same – some are charged at less than cost & vinyls (which are heavy to mail) normally cost more.
Please note that payments made online via the secure server at WorldPay are effective immediately – this is why you may notice small fluctuations in our prices if you view one day then return to purchase another . We don’t sit up all night changing our prices ! This is due to exchange rates going up & down at the bank. If you were to purchase in another currency eg Sterling, you would have to wait for your credit card statement to see how much your own bank has charged you to convert the payment.

We can ship to an APO address. We do not accept PO box numbers for credit card payment details or as a delivery address. Card addresses must be the same as the delivery address - even when ordering via Paypal.Please see important note at the bottom of this page.

Delivery
Delays and office closures due to Holidays, are posted under the ‘Delivery’ section of the HelpDesk.
We dispatch the same/next working day via UK Royal Mail International air and you can normally expect delivery within 7 -10 working days of purchase. Please email us if your order is not received within 14 working days.
Our money back guarantee is 21 days for returns (from date of receipt) though please be advised that due to the high postal costs, we will refund the price of the shower curtain / goods but not any of the postage if you decide you don’t like it.

A standard UK size is 180 X 180cm or approx 71 inches. Please also note that all our shower curtains are treated & do not require a separate liner unless being used with a high pressure power shower or directly very close up against the fabric.
Important Note – this only applies to customers who
(A) Enter a PO/Mailbox forwarding address and/or
(B) Enter a card address which does not match the delivery address
We do not accept these orders & if you complete a purchase (ie enter credit card details online & fully check out) you will be refunded.
